How much does a Cabo vacation photo session cost?
Our published packages are Essential at $350 USD for 60-minute coverage, Prime at $450 USD for 90-minute coverage, and Deluxe at $700 USD with its duration and coverage confirmed by quote. Your written proposal confirms the inclusions, any applicable taxes, travel or access fees, and the final total before booking.
How many photos will we receive, and when?
The published packages do not specify a photo count or delivery deadline. Before you book, request written confirmation of the number of images, editing, delivery format, turnaround time and personal-use rights. Video and drone are separate requests unless expressly included in your quote.
Can we see the photographer’s actual work before booking?
Yes—ask for the portfolio of the photographer available for your date before you commit. The images on this page are illustrative campaign images, not examples of completed customer sessions. Review the available photographer’s work and confirm the style in your written proposal.
Where in Los Cabos can we request a photo session?
Share your plans for Cabo San Lucas, San José del Cabo or the Tourist Corridor. We will check location suitability, travel and access requirements. Hotels, resorts and private properties may require permission or charge outside-vendor fees; access is not automatically included or guaranteed.
Is this suitable for families with children?
Tell us the children’s ages, your group size and any accessibility or scheduling needs. We can discuss a session plan and timing with the available photographer. Participant limits and any extra charges are confirmed before booking.
What is the best time for photos, and what happens in bad weather?
Early morning and late afternoon are useful starting points for discussing light, heat and your family’s schedule. The photographer should confirm the best time for your chosen location. Ask for the weather, rescheduling and cancellation terms in writing before paying.
Does proposal photography include flowers or a romantic setup?
No. This page is for photography coverage. A marriage-proposal setup, decorations, flowers and coordination of a romantic experience are separate services, quoted separately. Tell us if you need both so the timing can be reviewed together.
Can we add video or drone coverage?
You can request video or a drone add-on with eligible photography coverage. Deliverables and pricing are quoted separately. Drone availability depends on weather, the location, property permission, airspace restrictions and operator requirements. Drone coverage is never guaranteed in advance of those checks.
Do these packages cover an entire wedding or corporate event?
Do not assume these session packages cover a full wedding, elopement or corporate event. Share your schedule and coverage needs for a separate proposal that specifies the team, hours, deliverables and price.
Does checking availability reserve my date?
No. The form sends an inquiry and does not charge you or reserve a photographer. We reply by email with availability and next steps. Review the photographer, inclusions, total price, payment requirements and cancellation terms before confirming your booking.
