Cabo Delivery (“Cabo Delivery,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates deliverycabo.com and provides grocery delivery and in-villa service coordination in Los Cabos. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, when we share it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

When you place an order, request a quote, contact us, or use the site, we may collect:

• contact information such as your name, email address and telephone number;
• service-request information such as requested date and time, number of guests or adults, villa or service area, menu or package preferences, occasion, notes and other details you choose to provide;
• order and transaction information, including products, quantities, billing or payment status and delivery details. Payment-card data may be processed by our payment provider and is not intended to be stored in our service-request forms;
• communications sent through forms, email, telephone or WhatsApp; and
• technical and usage data such as IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring page, approximate location, cookie identifiers and advertising or campaign parameters.

Please do not place sensitive personal information in free-text fields. Bartender and alcohol-related services are intended only for adults of legal drinking age.

How we use information

• respond to requests and prepare written quotes;
• confirm availability, service area, menus, staffing, equipment, beverage responsibility, pricing and booking terms;
• process and fulfill orders or services;
• communicate service updates and provide customer support;
• prevent fraud, misuse and technical problems;
• measure site performance and advertising effectiveness;
• comply with legal, tax, accounting and safety obligations; and
• establish, exercise or defend legal claims when necessary.

Analytics, advertising and cookies

A successful service request may be measured as a conversion only after our server confirms that the request was saved.

When we share information

• chefs, bartenders, service staff, couriers or other providers involved in preparing a quote or fulfilling an accepted service;
• website hosting, security, email, communications, analytics, advertising and payment providers that support our operations;
• professional advisers and authorities when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety and security; and
• a successor or purchaser in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization or sale of business assets, subject to applicable law.

We do not sell the contents of service-request forms. We do not authorize service providers to use those details for their own unrelated marketing.

Retention

We retain quote requests, orders, communications and related records only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including customer service, accounting, dispute handling, security and legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably required, unless law requires longer retention.

International processing

Our providers and customers may be located in Mexico, the United States and other countries. Information may therefore be processed outside the country where it was collected. Where required, we use reasonable contractual or organizational safeguards for those transfers.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of or restriction on the use of certain personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, transaction or dispute purposes.
