BEFORE THE FIRST POUR
A few details worth getting right.
Your Villa Bartender starts at $199 USD for four serving hours, and Signature Cocktail Setup starts at $349 USD for four serving hours; both are planned for up to ten adults with one bartender. Cabo Cocktail Hour starts at $59 USD per person for three serving hours, with an eight-person minimum ($472 starting total). These are starting estimates, not final quotes. Bottles, drinkware and other inclusions differ by package.
Your Villa Bartender and Signature Cocktail Setup do not include alcohol. Cabo Cocktail Hour is a proposed hosted selection: your written quote specifies the spirits, quantities and servings. It is not an unlimited bar.
Yes, tell us what you already have. For bartender-only service you provide alcohol, mixers, ice and drinkware. We can help plan a shopping list; any additional sourcing is agreed in your quote.
The starting setups use an existing villa bar or suitable counter. Tell us about refrigeration, power, water and property access. Drinkware, a portable bar or other rentals are confirmed separately before booking.
The first two starting packages cover four serving hours. Cabo Cocktail Hour covers three. Preparation and breakdown are scheduled separately; your quote confirms arrival, serving hours and departure. Extra time is quoted in advance.
Absolutely. A considered zero-proof choice can sit alongside the cocktail menu, or you can request an entirely alcohol-free bar. Tell us about preferences or allergies so suitability can be checked before booking.
The first two starting packages are planned for up to ten adults with one bartender. For larger groups, more complex menus or several service areas, we quote the staffing needed. A larger guest count is a custom request, not a promise of the same package price.
Your proposal confirms the drinks and quantities, staff, service hours, setup, equipment, travel, applicable taxes or fees and the final total in USD. Drinkware and additional rentals are included only when listed. Prices on this page are starting estimates for planning.
We take requests for Cabo San Lucas, San José del Cabo and the Tourist Corridor, subject to property access and availability. Sending the form does not reserve a bartender. You review the scope, final price, payment requirements and cancellation terms before booking.
